Researcher

Doctoral student in Law at the State University of Rio de Janeiro, has a degree in Social Sciences. Bachelor’s Degree from the Federal University of Santa Maria (2005), Degree in Law from the Franciscan University Center (2007), now the Franciscan University, specialization in International Public and Private Law and Integration Law, Lato Sensu Post-Graduate Course “The New International Law” at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2009), Master’s Degree in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2013) and Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Santa Maria (2014).

At present he is a licensed professor in the Law Course of the Faculty of Law of Santa Maria and of the Franciscan University, graduating in the History Course of the latter institution, now retired with an exclusive dedication to the Doctorate.

He carried out international academic mobility, during the second semester of 2018, at the University of Lisbon (Portugal).
