PhD in Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (2005) and a master’s degree in Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2014); a law degree (2007) from Centro Universitário Franciscano, currently Universidade Franciscana; a specialization in Public and Private International Law and Integration Law from the postgraduate course “O Novo Direito Internacional” (2009) and a master’s degree in Law (2013) from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.
Currently, he is a professor at the Faculdade de Direito de Santa Maria at the Universidade Franciscana, being a graduate student in the History Course of the latter institution, away from both for the completion of his doctorate.
He performed international academic mobility at the Universidade de Lisboa (Portugal), during the second semester of 2018, being also an integrated researcher of OBSERVARE-Observatory of Foreign Relations of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (Portugal).
