Graduated in International Relations at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa in 2009, she did her Master’s Degree in ‘Territorial Management – Environment and Natural Resources’ at the Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade Nova de Lisboa with the Thesis “As Relações Internacionais do Ambiente: as Conferências das Partes das ‘Convenções do Rio’ como exemplo prático do Multilateralismo Ambiental”, defended in June 2012. In the same year, he began his PhD in ‘Public Policies’ at ISCTE, having concluded the teaching part (or Diploma of Advanced Studies) in June 2013, and started his research project on the implementation of European policies in Portugal, with special focus on environmental policies.
Between 2015 and 2017, he is trained in Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS software), where he works as a planning and integrated waste management technician in a company in the sector.
She is currently a student of the ‘PhD in International Relations: Geopolitics and Geoeconomy’ of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, continuing her thesis on the implementation of European (environmental) policies in Portugal.
