Patrícia Galvão Teles

Investigadora Doutorada

Professora Associada da Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa-DEPARTAMENTOS DE RELAÇÕES INTERNACIONAIS e DIREITO e investigadora da unidade de investigação OBSERVARE-Observatório de Relações Exteriores. Investigadora Integrada do Instituto Português de Relações Internacionais da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (IPRI-NOVA).

Atualmente é também membro da Comissão de Direito Internacional das Nações Unidas e Diretora do Departamento de Assuntos Jurídicos do Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros, tendo sido conselheira jurídica da Representação Permanente de Portugal junto da União Europeia em Bruxelas.

Licenciada em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, fez o seu mestrado e doutoramento em Direito Internacional no Instituto de Altos Estudos Internacionais em Genebra.
