PhD Renato Pereira, professor at UAL and integrated researcher at OBSERVARE, received the CIM Best Paper Award 2019 conferred by Creativity and Innovation Management, a scientific journal indexed in the 1st Quartile of Scopus.
The awarded paper, co-authored by Dirk De Clercq and entitled “Resilient employees are creative employees, when the workplace forces them to be’ in Creativity and Innovation Management, 28: 329–342, can be read here.
This prestigious award will be presented in Milan next September.
