Journalist, deputy director of information at TVI and professor at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa since 1997, in the departments of International Relations and Communication Sciences.
Master in Development and International Cooperation by the ISEG, with a thesis on the economic integration of Mercosur, and PhD student in International Relations: Geopolitics and Geoeconomy.
He has two historical novels published: Serpa Pinto, o Mistério do Sexto Império, and O Último Bandeirante, equally distributed in Brazil.
