PhD student at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa in International Relations – Geopolitics, Geoeconomy.
Assistant to the Office of the Prime Minister of the XIX and XX Constitutional Government (2011-2015), she also exercised
the functions of Study Advisor at the National Defence Institute Ministry of National Defence, (2001-2011).
She was a professor of International Negotiation Techniques at the Instituto Superior das Ciências da Informação
and Administration (2006 – 2012). She was also a consultant to the Parliamentary Defence Committee, Assembly of the Republic (2001-2002) and a researcher at the Institute for Strategic and International Studies (I.E.E.I.) (1997 – 2001).
Degree in International Relations and Masters in Defence Strategy and Policies from the Ecole des Hautes Études Internationales, Paris.
