Luís Bernardino

Luís Manuel Brás Bernardino is an Army officer, currently with the rank of Colonel. Professor at the Military University Institute with extensive international experience, specifically in teaching and research. He is the author and co-author of more than 10 books, has published more than 100 articles in national and international scientific and non-scientific journals on issues of security, defense, Africa and the CPLP. Specialist in security and defense, he regularly gives conferences in national and international countries and institutions, where he performs various functions in the scientific and academic area. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations at the Autonomous University of Lisbon (UAL).
