Although with great tradition at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL) – Department of International Relations – and also at the Portuguese National Defence Institute (IDN), regional studies have little development in Portugal.
Therefore, UAL and IDN promote, in partnership, a set of five Advanced Courses in Regional Studies for all those interested, including non-graduates, in knowing or deepening their knowledge on the following regions:
Eurasia ++ Middle East and Maghreb ++ Sub-Saharan Africa ++ Asia-Pacific ++ Latin America.
