This article analyzes Turkey’s need to make increased efforts to ameliorate relations with Libya in order to successfully advance the “African Evolution” initiatives. The study covers the AKP period since 2009, including the rebellion conducted by the Benghazi rebels up to the death of Gaddafi and the post-Gaddafi period up to now.

Resumo
Neste artigo, analisa-se a forma como a Turquia deve envidar todos os esforços para melhorar as suas relações com a Líbia, a fim de ter êxito no avanço da "Evolução Africana". O estudo abrange o período do Partido da Justiça e Desenvolvimento (AKP) desde 2009, incluindo a revolta dos rebeldes de Benghazi, até à morte de Kadhafi e o período pós-Kadhafi até ao presente.
