PhD student in International Relations: Geopolitics and Geoeconomy at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL). Master in Strategy and graduated in International Relations. He has IDN National Defense Course and UAL-IDN Advanced Geopolitics Studies Course.
He is an integrated researcher at Observare – UAL’s Foreign Relations Observatory. He is currently a senior technician in the Directorate of International Relations Services of the Directorate General of National Defence Policy (DGPDN). He was Director of Bilateral Relations Services at the Ministry of National Defence (Portugal). Consultant for the companies Gaporsul and Kyron Consultants.
