The plenary sessions will be held at Auditorium 2 of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
Each plenary session will be chaired by a guest chairperson who will introduce the speaker (5 minutes). There will also be a moderator to conduct debates (30 minutes) at the end of each session.
Those wishing to participate in the debate will raise their arms to show intent, and must identify themselves before intervening.
Parallel sessions will take place in rooms on the same floor at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
There are three sections:
Geopolitics and security (room 1);
Economy and ecology (room 2);
Transnational social issues (room 3).
Each section will have three working sessions.
Each session’s chairperson will be responsible for the following:
Introduce the topics and oversee the work;
Introduce delegates who give presentations;
Decide the time allocated to each presentation;
Each section will have a rapporteur responsible for presenting conclusions at the closing plenary session.
